300 acres of farmland. The house and outbuildings have been converted
into self catering and bed and breakfast accommodation,
combining original beams and stone-work with modern comfort and
convenience.

site facilities include outdoor, heated pool, small gymnasium,
games room, aromatherapy treatments and clay pigeon shoots. Nearby,
there are riding stables, plenty of local country walks - including
one from the farm itself - fly fishing at Blagdon Lake and a host
of other activities - all of which can be organized on your behalf. The

Lyndale is an 18th century stone cottage of considerable charm situated in the pretty village of Roadwater at the foot of the Brendon Hills in Exmoor National Park. Features of the cottage include exposed beams throughout, flagstone and wood floors, an open fire and a wood-burner.
