Originally
a fourteenth century manor house which, at its' height, included
300 acres of farmland. The house and outbuildings have been converted
into self catering and bed and breakfast accommodation,
combining original beams and stone-work with modern comfort and
convenience.
There are eight self catering cottages, providing comfortable
accommodation for 2-6 people. Each have a fully equipped kitchen,
including electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave, a TV and
video, comfortable beds and bath and shower.
Low season prices £230.00 to 430.00 per week.
Peak season prices £295.00 to £540.00 per week.
Prices include electricity, linen and towels.
On
site facilities include outdoor, heated pool, small gymnasium,
games room, aromatherapy treatments and clay pigeon shoots. Nearby,
there are riding stables, plenty of local country walks - including
one from the farm itself - fly fishing at Blagdon Lake and a host
of other activities - all of which can be organized on your behalf.
Within easy driving distance you will find the Menbdip Hills,
Bristol and Bath, Wells, Cheddar, Wookey Hole and Glastonbury.

The Malt House is a comfortable and delightful self catering holiday
cottage situated near the border between the counties of Devon
and Somerset, in the heart of Exmoor National Park (an area of
outstanding natural beauty situated in south-west England). The
self-catering holiday accommodation offers the perfect base for
recreational activities such as walking, cycling, fishing, sailing,
hiking, riding and painting, for exploring pretty local villages
such as Dulverton, Dunster, Winsford, Exford and Porlock, and
for simply enjoying Exmoor's beautiful valleys, moorlands and
coastline.
The accommodation, ground floor, is full of character: The living/dining
are has ancient beams, an inglenook fireplace with wood burning
stove and a well equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable bedrooms
one double and one twin bedded and a well appointed bathroom.

Malt House was part of the old 'Hare and Hounds' village inn and
now shares a cobbled courtyard with the owners' house. The ancient

Lyndale is
an 18th century stone cottage of considerable charm situated in
the pretty village of Roadwater at the foot of the Brendon Hills
in Exmoor National Park.
Features of
the cottage include exposed beams throughout, flagstone and wood
floors, an open fire and a wood-burner.

comprises two bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other a double),

area in one of the oldest parts of this historic market town.
We know that the last thing you may want to do on holiday is shopping
for food and household items, so you'll find all the basics provided,
along with a few extras. In the well-equipped kitchen you'll find
everything you need for a lavish breakfast, including your choice
of smoked salmon and eggs to scramble or a full English breakfast
and a bottle of Bucks Fizz. Also provided is fresh fruit
and a selection of cheeses. We'll also do any additional shopping
ready for your arrival as part of the service.
