stone built stable and our own home. It shares a large garden

The
ground floor of the Bothy is entered through a conservatory well
stocked with flowers. The ground floor is the main living area
consisting of kitchen area, bed settee, folding table and chairs,

floor has one bedroom (double bed) and a separate bathroom with

Georgian
Stone Built Stable Conversion known as the Courtyard Cottage.

The converted stable (Courtyard
Cottage) is larger than the Bothy, sleeping 2 to 6 persons. Through
the front door is the hallway, off which is a fully fitted bathroom
including shower, and off to the left is a double bedroom. Through
this is a small bedroom with bunkbeds and a second door to the
courtyard.
To the right of the front door
is one large living room with built-in pine kitchen in a dresser
style, keeping some original Georgian features, incorporating
a hob, oven, microwave and fridge. The room has pine flooring
and chimney with multi-fuel fire.
Furnishings consist of a futon-style
settee, smaller two seater settee, table and chairs, ottoman (with
extra blankets), colour television, video and rugs. This room
looks out onto the cobbled courtyard. The cottage is powered by
electricity and this is included in the price.
