Three individual cottages, two in the picturesque fishing village of Polperro and the third at Talland Bay, which is a short drive or walk along the coastal footpath between Polperro & Looe. 
Coastguards Cottage is set high above Polperro harbour looking out to sea.  The cottage has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge & kitchen/diner.  It has its own garden and parking beside the cottage.
Bartletts Cottage is an 18thC fisherman's cottage which still retains its beamed ceilings and Victorian fireplaces.  It has 2 bedrooms, one with a four poster bed, bathroom, dining room and lounge/kitchen.  It is 50 metres from the quaint and beautiful harbour.  Free parking in a small  private car park

Cove Cottage at nearby Talland Bay is situated in large award winning gardens which edge onto the coastal footpath.  There are panoramic views of the sea and the rugged Cornish coastline.  The cottage has 2 bedrooms, shower room, lounge/diner and kitchen.  It has beamed ceilings throughout, its own private patio area, and parking within the grounds.  There is a heated pool in the garden which is available for use during the summer months by all 3 cottages. Also at Talland Bay are 2 self contained 1 bedroom apartments.

There are four small beaches leading off the coastal footpath only a few minutes walk away.  The cottages are open all year for weekly holidays or short winter breaks.  Children are welcome and pets (by arrangement).  All properties are personally supervised by the resident owners at Talland Bay.  Tariff from £95-£385  Website.
