Mill Cottage is one of 3 cottages set a courtyard of converted stone barns at Huntsmill Farm.  It is set in a peaceful location and looks out over open countryside.

We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley with easy access to the M! & M40, as well as the cities of Oxford & Milton Keynes.  We have many local attractions including National Trust properties of Stowe Landscape Gardens, Waddesden and Claydon House, Silverstone racetrack, Towcester racecourse, Warwick castle and many more.
We are a working farm of approximately 600 acres and bordered by the River Ouse.  You can walk out of the cottage and straight across farmland with an extensive network of footpaths.

Our prices range from £180 in the low season to £450 in the nigh season.  We accept most credit/debit cards.

The cottages are equipped to a high standard thus having an ETB grading of 4 stars.  They have fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and combination oven or conventional oven and extra microwave.  Our prices include all electricity and linen.

Comfortable traditional old Town House - at least 200 years old - in the centre of an attractive Buckinhamshire village. The rooms are light with high beamed ceiling and large inglenook fireplace, although the stairs are winding and you will need to mind your head on the top floor. Residents may use the owner's garden which is detached from the cottage. Sleeps 6
