Bensfort Lodge
Bensfort Lodge is a 4 star Board Failte approved Self Catering Accommodation. It is a 19th century stone lodge, with an old world ambiance. The lodge has all the modern conveniences that you would expect like... oil central heating, open fire, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, colour TV and V.C.R. and a Radio / CD player. The house is also equipped with a fire alarm and a security alarm
There are 3 bedrooms, all ensuite, 2 showers and a bath. The floors are both wooden and tiled. All natural paints and wood treatments used.
The house has it's own private car parking, and there is also tennis facilities on site.
The
lodge is situated directly off the main Kells Oldcastle Road from Kells.
It is 
just
a 1 hour drive from Dublin, and the airport. The lodge is centrally located for
Meath sight seeing. Neolithic sights of Newgrange, Loughcrew, and The
Hill of Tara.
Kells: (4 miles from the lodge) The town of Kells is an Irish Heritage town that boasts numerous sites of historic and cultural interests. Kells also has an excellent indoor swimming pool, pitch & putt facilities and one of Ireland's finest Golf Courses, Headfort Golf Course. You will also find in Kells, numerous restaurants and bars.
From the lodge, you will be able to see the Tower of Loyd where there is a Public Park, and closeby you might also like to visit St. Ciaran's Well
Kells Tourist Information Office: In Kells, this office is there to help you get the very best out of your visit to Kells. The office is located at the Town Hall in Kells.
